Visi terminalo pastatai ir ranga atitinka Europos S jungos reikalavimus.. 1997 m.. mon  ...   mon je diegta ir TÜV CERT sertifikuota aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistema, atitinkanti ISO 14001 standart.. UAB „AVE-MATROX“ - pirmoji mon Lietuvoje, diegusi ir sertifikavusi aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistem , atitinkanči Europos reikalavimus.. Nuo 1994 m.. iki 2002 m.. balandžio terminalo paslaugomis pagal ilgalaikes sutartis naudojosi Suomijos kompanija „NESTE“, Norvegijos – „STATOIL“ bei j klientai.. Po betonine antžemini rezervuar aikštel s danga bei po pačiais rezervuarais ant gelžbetonini pamat po sm lio pagalve paklota amerikietiška 1,5 mm Gundle” tipo pl vel - geomembrana HDPE, kuri pilnai apsaugo grunt nuo užteršimo naftos produktais.. Yra rengta lietaus kanalizacija, kurios pagalba išleidžiamas susikaup s vanduo.. Antžemini rezervuar parke sumontuota Olandijos firmos “ENRAF” automatizuoto rezervuar matavimo sistema ENRAF NONIUS, kurios pagalba automatiškai matuojamas rezervuare esančio naftos produkto kiekis, temperatūra, tankis bei vandens kiekis (Pav.. 7).. 6.. 600 m3 talpos antžemini rezervuar parkas.. 7.. Matavimo ranga antžeminiuose rezervuaruose.. 4.. Benzinveži užpildymo naftos produktais iš antžemini rezervuar estakada.. Benzinveži užpildymo iš antžemini rezervuar estakadoje (Pav.. 8) yra trys aikštel s: dvi aikštel s su šešiomis gerv mis viršutiniam benzinveži užpylimui ir viena – automatizuotam apatiniam benzinveži užpylimui trimis skirtingais naftos produktais vienu metu.. Viršutinio užpylimo greitis – 1.. 500 litr per minut , apatinio užpylimo – 2.. 100 litr per minut.. Visuose viršutinio užpylimo stovuose rengti Švedijos firmos WENNSTROM komerciniai skaitikliai, apatinio užpylimo – bendros JAV ir Vokietijos firmos SMITH-METER skaitikliai.. Benzinveži užpildymo iš antžemini rezervuar estakadoje vienu metu skirtingais naftos produktais galima užpildyti tris benzinvežius.. Estakados danga išbetonuota prieš tai paklojus 1,5 mm Gundle” tipo pl vel - geomembran HDPE, yra rengta lietaus kanalizacija.. 8.. Benzinveži užpylimo iš antžemini rezervuar estakada.. 5.. Požemini rezervuar parkas ir benzinveži užpildymo estakada.. Požemini rezervuar parke sumontuota 20 horizontali rezervuar , kuriuose galima sand liuoti dviej rūši kur.. Bendra požemini rezervuar talpa – 1.. 200 m3.. Visame požemini rezervuar parke yra iškasti gruntinio vandens kontrol s šuliniai, kuri pagalba greitai nustatomas NP nutek jimas iš rezervuar (Pav.. 9).. Benzinveži užpildymo naftos produktais iš požemini rezervuar estakada pastatyta iš metalini konstrukcij su dengtu stogu.. Užpylimo ranga pagaminta bendros JAV ir Olandijos firmos OPW FLUID TRANSFER, komerciniai skaitikliai – Švedijos mon s WENNSTROM.. Vienu metu galima užpildyti du benzinvežius viena naftos produkt rūšimi.. Vienas užpylimo stovas – rezervinis.. Yra rengtas 25 m3 rezervuaras naftos produkt atliekoms kaupti.. 9.. 6.. Priešgaisrin siurblin ir priešgaisriniai rengimai.. Priešgaisrin terminalo sistem sudaro: siurblin (Pav.. 10), sumontuota iš lengv konstrukcij , priešgaisrinis vamzdynas, nutiestas per vis teritorij , du požeminiai priešgaisriniai rezervuarai su vandeniu, visoje terminalo teritorijoje išd styti priešgaisriniai skydai (Pav.. 11) su būtinomis gaisrui gesinti priemon mis.. Siurblin s sienos ir lubos yra apšiltintos 10 cm storio akmens vata, patalpa apšildoma elektra.. Jei šviesi naftos produkt kiekis ir kokyb atitinka normas, pradedamas išpylimas.. Nuo išpylimo pabaigos pra jus ne mažiau kaip dviems valandoms, rezervuaruose, kuriuos buvo perpilami šviesūs naftos produktai, padaromi kontroliniai pylimo aukščio, tankio, temperatūros, vandens kiekio matavimai bei pagal Lietuvos Respublikoje galiojančias taisykles paimami m giniai ir perduodami naftos produkto savininkui, kuris išduoda naftos produkto kokyb s sertifikat.. Esant neatitikimams, sutartyje su klientu nustatytu terminu ir būdu (faksu, telefonu, laišku ir kt.. ) informuojamas naftos produkto savininkas (Klientas), ir surašomas aktas apie neatitiktis, neatitiktinis produktas atskiriamas ir paženklinamas.. Toliau elgiamasi pagal Kliento nurodymus taip, kad gautas neatitiktinis produktas nebūt sumaišomas su jau sand liuojamu naftos produktu.. Benzinvežiai šviesi naftos produkt užpylimui terminalo teritorij leidžiami tik po terminalo apsaugos darbuotoj atliktos vizualios benzinvežio techninio stovio apžiūros, leidus sand lininkui - pamainos viršininkui.. Užpylus reikiam šviesi naftos produkt kiek , apiforminami atleidimo dokumentai ir benzinvežis išleidžiamas iš terminalo teritorijos.. Identifikavimas.. Priimami saugojimui naftos produktai turi lydraščius (kokyb s sertifikatus), kuriuose nurodytos j fizin s naftos produkt savyb s, sud tis, gamintojas ir kt.. Ši davini pagrindu gauti naftos produktai identifikuojami.. Atsekamumas.. Iš klient gauti naftos produktai ir iš tiek j gautos prek s atsekamos pagal j lydraščius ir tiekimo dokumentus, kuriuose nurodomas tiek jas ir kiekis, gali būti nurodyta gamybos vieta, gamybos ar pakavimo (užpylimo) data, produkto savyb s, kiti duomenys.. Kokyb s duomen raš identifikavimas.. Kokyb s duomen raš identifikavimas padeda išvengti klaid , sudaro galimyb atsekti problemas analizi metu.. Kokyb s duomen raš identifikavim užtikrina padalinys, kuriame atliekami rašai, nurodant rašo žymen - eil s numer , pavadinim , rašymo dat , kokiu pagrindu rašyta ir kas juos raš.. The park of the underground oil reservoirs, the capacity of which is 1.. 200 m3, has been commissioned in September, 1994.. The leasing contract of the Jonava oil terminal has been signed with the branch company of “NESTE” (Finland) in Lithuania in September, 1994.. In December 31, 1995 the park of the above ground oil reservoirs, the capacity of which is 6.. 600 m3, has been commissioned.. The total capacity of the Jonava oil terminal is 7.. The construction of this terminal was supervised by the Finnish specialists.. All the buildings and equipment of the terminal  ...   certificated Environmental Preservation System, meeting the requirements of ISO 14001 standard has been installed by the same United Alliance of Certification in Germany and Austria, TÜV CERT.. CSC “AVE-MATROX” is the first company in Lithuania that has installed and certificated the Environmental Preservation System meeting the requirements of the Europe.. Starting from 1994 to 2002 the oil terminal has worked under the long-term contracts with Finnish company “NESTE”, Norwegian company “STATOIL”, and their clients.. Starting from April 2002 the terminal has been leased by the SC “Mažeiki nafta”.. The light oil products are transported to the terminal by the tank-cars.. They are transported from it by trucks.. The terminal works non stop..

    Descriptive info: About Company.. Jonava Oil Terminal of the CSC “AVE-MATROX is situated on Pramon s Str.. 38/ Jonalaukio Str.. 1 in Jonava, in the geographical centre of Lithuania (Picture 1).. Picture 1.. Location of Jonava Oil Terminal in Lithuania.. The terminal occupies a territory of 5 ha.. It complies 8 above ground tanks with total capacity of 6.. 600 m3 and 21 underground tanks with total capacity of 1.. The packed oil products are stored in a warehouse with the space of 500 m2 (Picture 2).. Picture 2.. General view of Jonava Oil Terminal.. Technical Characteristics of Equipment in Jonava Oil Termina.. Rail Unloading Gantry.. The installed equipment at the rail discharge point allows 8 railway cars carrying the same product to be discharged simultaneously (Picture 3).. To secure the environment from the pollution with oil products a concrete retaining wall surrounds the storage tanks.. HDPE geo-membrane of “Gundle” type 1,5 mm manufactured in America has been installed under this wall.. As an additional safety precaution and in order to avoid losses during the accidental oil product release, an emergency tank of 50 m.. capacity is installed.. Pump House of Light Oil Products.. The open pump house of light oil products is designed from light constructions (Picture 4).. The pump house contains six pumps (Picture 5), filters, stock-valves, and security and control equipment manufactured by Finnish company AHLSTROM.. The possibility to replace the pumps among themselves is also provided.. The concrete floor of the pump house has the aforementioned 1,5 mm HDPE geo-membrane “Gundle” installed, it insulates the area from the ground beneath and secures the area from soil pollution.. Picture 4.. Pump house of light oil products.. Picture 5.. Pump of light oil products.. Park of Above Ground Tanks.. The terminal comprises 8 vertical above ground storage reservoirs with total capacity of 6.. 600 m.. (Picture 6).. Presently it is possible to store light oil products of four kinds there.. In order to reduce the evaporation, floating roofs are installed in all of the above ground reservoirs.. The above ground reservoirs were installed with regard to all the building, environmental protection and fire protection requirements valid in the European Union.. The reservoirs are isolated from the surrounding territory with concrete retaining wall, which is sufficie ntly high to contain the entire contents of the largest tank should it leak (2.. 000 m.. ).. The American HDPE geo-membrane of type “Gundle”, which preserves the soil from the pollution with the oil products totally is installed under the concrete pavement of the square and between the reservoirs foundation and the sand pillow on which they are standing.. The automatic reservoirs measuring system ENRAF NONIUS, which measures the supply, temperature, density, and water content in a reservoir automatically, is installed by Dutch company “ENRAF” in the park of the above ground reservoirs (Picture 7).. Picture 6.. Park of above ground reservoirs with a capacity of 6.. Picture 7.. Measuring equipment in above ground reservoirs.. Truck Loading Gantry from Above Ground Reservoirs.. The roofed truck loading gantry from above ground reservoirs is erected using metal constructions (Picture 8), the ground of the gantry is made of concrete; a 1,5 mm HDPE membrane is set up below it.. There are three grounds in the truck loading gantry: two grounds with six winches – for the upper filling of the trucks and one ground – for the automatic lower filling of the trucks.. The installed equipment allows three trucks to be loaded simultaneously with all the possessing grades of oil products.. The speed of the upper filling is 1.. 500 l/min.. , the speed of the lower filling – 2.. 100 l/min.. There are commercial meters made by Swedish company WENNSTROM in all winches of the upper filling and the meters made by United USA and German company.. SMITH-METER in.. all winches of the lower filling.. Picture 8.. Truck loading gantry from above ground reservoirs.. Park of.. Underground Tanks and Truck Loading Gantry.. The terminal comprises 21 separate underground tank with a combined total storage capacity of 1.. 200 m.. (Picture 9).. Two grades of light oil products may be stored in the underground reservoirs.. The roofed truck loading gantry from underground reservoirs is erected using metal constructions.. Starting from 2002 the Quality Marketing and Environmental Managing Systems are certified periodically by the CSC “DET NORSKE VERITAS”, the branch of the international certification company “DET NORSKE VERITAS” (Norway).. The functioning of Quality Marketing and Environmental Preservation Managing Systems ensures the effective traceability of possible environmental preservation problems or quality of the stored product and creates all the possibilities to avoid such problems in future.. After the Environmental Preservation System has been installed, the record marketing of this sphere has improved, the deposition of the accumulating waste, especially dangerous, is controlled better, the process of planning the environment preservation means is created and carried out continually.. The functioning Environmental Preservation Managing System indicates that any environmental preservation problem will not be forgotten and every environment influencing activity will be strictly regulated.. Services of Oil Product Storage.. The light products are delivered to the terminals for storage by rail, packed oil products are delivered by motor cars.. The height, temperature, and specific weight of white product infusion in each car tank are measured, the samples are taken from tanks for primary analysis (for determination of clearness and brightness).. If the amount and quality of light products satisfies the norms, the overflowing is commenced.. Not more than two hours after the overflowing is finished, the control measurements of infusion height, density, temperature, and water amount are done in the reservoirs to which WP overflowing was executed, and according to the valid regulations of the Republic of Lithuania the samples are taken and delivered to the owner of the oil product who then issues the oil product quality certificate.. Packed oil products are accepted for storage after the visual inspection of the load.. In case of any nonconformities according to the established terms and ways (by telephone, fax, letter, etc.. ) in the Contract drawn up with the Customer, the Customer is informed, the act is drawn, the non-conforming product is separated and marked.. The following steps are taken according to the customer’s requirements in order the nonconforming product would not be mixed with the oil product already stored in the terminal.. Identification.. The oil products received for storage have their cover letters (quality certificates) which indicate their properties, composition, producer etc.. On the basis of these characteristics the received oil products are identified.. Traceability.. The oil products received from the customers and the goods received from the subcontractors are traced on the basis of their cover letters where the subcontractor and amount are indicated.. There as well the place of production, date of production or packaging (infusion) product characteristics and other data might be indicated.. Identification of Quality Records.. Identification of quality records allows to avoid mistakes, gives possibility to trace the problems analysing them.. Identification of quality records is ensured by the subdivision which records the data indicating number, name, date, basis and the person who made it.. Selection, Training, Qualification Check and Improvement of Personnel.. Accepting new workers the correspondence of their qualification to company’s requirements is checked.. New workers acquainted with the valid company regulations as well as duty instructions, quality system, work safety regulations and drawn into work under the supervision of the direct head of subdivision until he positively evaluates the wotk of the new worker and allows him to work independently.. In order to satisfy the growing requirements of the market, the company has established the system of constant personnel training and qualification check.. The Management of the company checks the need for training and qualification improvement and on the grounds of this information make the annual training plans and organise the training, it periodically certifies the qualification of company’s workers..
